Websites for real estate agents, built around your listings and your neighborhoods
Buyers and sellers look you up before they answer your text. Good websites for real estate agents show the homes you have for sale, prove you know the neighborhoods, and give a seller an easy way to ask what their home might be worth, all on a phone.
Quick answers
- What does a website for a real estate agent need?
- Most of all, listing pages, or your MLS's IDX search linked or embedded where your provider allows it; a home value request form for sellers; neighborhood pages for the areas you work most; reviews from past clients, word for word, with their permission and a link to where they were left; your brokerage name, license number and the equal housing notice, shown where your state's rules ask for them; pages that load quickly on a phone, with tap-to-call and tap-to-text. Every site we build also works on phones first, is checked on every screen size before you see it, is hosted with SSL, and is looked after every month.
- How much does a website for a real estate agent cost with MiniMorph Studios?
- From $195 a month on the Launch plan, with a 12-month agreement and no setup fee. That covers design, writing, hosting and monthly care for up to 5 pages.
- How long does it take to get a real estate agent website?
- Your first draft arrives 1–2 weeks after onboarding wraps, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
What gets in the way for real estate agents, and what we do about it
Your listings live on big portals, where another agent's ad sits right beside them.
Your listings on your own site: through the IDX search your MLS or brokerage provides, if you have one, or as listing pages we post from your details.
Sellers want to know what their home is worth before they talk to anyone.
A home value request form that asks for the address, the timing and how to reach them, and sends it to you. We don't show automatic price estimates; you give the real number.
Every agent says they know the area.
Neighborhood pages written from what you actually know: nearby schools, parks, commutes and the kinds of homes. Facts about places, never about who should live there, so they stay within fair housing rules.

Hammerstone Builds is a fictional general contractor we made to show our work. It's our closest demo to a real estate agent; yours would be built around your own trade, photos and words.

Questions real estate agents ask us
Can my site show my MLS listings?
If your MLS or brokerage gives you an IDX feed or search, we link to it or embed it, depending on what the provider allows. Without one, we post your own listings from the details and photos you send.
Do I need my broker's approval?
Many brokerages have rules for agent websites, so check with yours. We show your brokerage name and license details the way you and your broker tell us.
Can the site show my reviews?
Yes, real ones only: copied word for word from your clients, with their permission. We never write reviews or testimonials for you.
What happens if I move to a new brokerage?
Tell us in your portal and we update your brokerage name, logo and license details as part of your monthly care.
Can buyers save searches or get new-listing alerts?
That depends on your IDX provider. Where it offers saved searches, the link or embed carries them. We don't build our own listing alerts.
