The real difference: who does the work
With Wix you get a capable editor, hosting and a library of templates and apps, and you do the designing, writing and upkeep. With us you answer questions, send photos and approve the result, and we do the rest, then stay on it every month.
On our plans, a guided onboarding with Elena, our AI assistant, takes about fifteen to twenty minutes; the first draft usually arrives 1 to 2 weeks after that, and you have 14 days to review the first draft and send us one list with every change you want; we revise the draft from it, and nothing goes live until you approve it. A person reviews every site before it goes live.
What happens when a plan ends
When a Wix paid plan ends, the site goes back to a free Wix web address with Wix ads, and your own domain is disconnected from it (as of October 2026). That is a fair way to run a builder, and worth knowing before you choose.
With us, what stops when you leave is the service: hosting, monthly care and your portal. Your site, your content and your domain stay yours, and you can take a full copy of the site to any host.
When Wix is the better fit
Wix is the better choice for you if:
- You enjoy building and writing, and have the time for it
- You want to spend as little money as possible, or start on a free plan
- You want to change your site yourself every day
- You need an online store; online stores are not part of our plans

Is MiniMorph Studios cheaper than Wix?
No, not in money. A Wix plan costs less a month than ours. With us you are paying for the work: the design, the writing and the monthly care that you would otherwise do yourself.
Can you move my Wix site to MiniMorph Studios?
Wix says its sites cannot be moved to another host, so we build your new site rather than move the old one. Your domain can move, and we reuse your words and photos where they still fit.
Can I edit a MiniMorph Studios site myself?
You ask for changes in your portal and we make them. If you want to edit the site yourself every day, a builder like Wix will suit you better.
