Cancellation Policy

12-Month Agreement

MiniMorph Studios plans are 12-month service agreements with MiniMorph Studios LLC, billed monthly. When you start a plan, you are committing to the full 12-month term at the monthly rate shown at checkout.

First Payment

Your first monthly payment starts the project. Once work begins (onboarding questionnaire submitted and site build started), the first payment is non-refundable. If you cancel before any work begins, contact us within 48 hours of payment to discuss your options.

Cancelling During Your First 12 Months

You can leave early. You are not trapped. Because we deliver the build at the start of your term but you pay for it gradually, leaving early means part of that build work has not been paid for yet — and that unpaid part is what the Early Exit Amount recovers. It is the price of the option to leave early. It is not a penalty.

The amount is the Build Value shown on your Plan Schedule, reduced by one-twelfth for every full month you have completed, plus one month of your regular monthly amount for the notice period and closing out your account. It is always calculated on what you actually pay, after any discount — never on a list price — and it can never be more than what is left on your plan.

We tell you the exact amount in writing before charging anything, and you then have 10 days to pay by any method we offer. If we materially broke the agreement and did not fix it after notice, nothing is due.

After Your First 12 Months

Nothing renews into another year. When your first 12 months end, your plan continues month to month, and from that point you can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.

How to Cancel

Either of these is enough on its own, and both work exactly the same way:

• Use the cancellation control in your customer portal; or
• Email hello@minimorphstudios.net and say you wish to cancel.

We will confirm your cancellation in writing within two business days. We will not require you to call, to speak to anyone, or to complete any additional step.

Transfer / Export

Your site is yours outright — everything we made for it, not a licence — and so are your content and your domain. However your plan ends, on request we provide an export of your website (its pages, content and images) in a standard web format within 14 days, and if we are holding your domain we release it to any registrar you name within 14 days of you asking (or of the date it can move, if a domain transfer rule holds it for a while). A domain you bought through us is not renewed after your plan ends: it stays yours until it expires, and before then you can move it or still pay to renew it (Agreement Section 14). The MiniMorph platform itself — our software and the systems we use to build, host and support sites, such as the customer portal — stays ours; you are buying a website built and served on it, and nothing that is part of your website is held back.

Add-Ons

Any add-on you buy is listed in your Plan Schedule with its price and whether it is monthly or one-time. You may stop a monthly add-on at any time; it ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and it is never part of an Early Exit Amount. A one-time add-on is not refundable once we have started the work (Service Agreement, Section 2.8).
