Website Service Agreement
Version 3.8 · Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. The Parties and the Agreement
1.1 This Agreement is between MiniMorph Studios LLC, a Michigan limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2743 Henry St PMB 224, Muskegon, Michigan 49441 ("MiniMorph", "we", "us"), and the person or business identified in the Plan Schedule ("you", "Customer").
1.2 Your Plan Schedule is part of this Agreement. Where the Plan Schedule and this document conflict, the Plan Schedule controls for price, term, plan contents and start date.
1.3 This Agreement, your Plan Schedule, and the Acceptable Use Policy are the entire agreement between us. Nothing said in chat, email, or a sales conversation adds to or changes it unless we both agree in writing.
2. What We Do
2.1 The service. We design, build, host, and maintain a website for you. This is an ongoing service, not a one-time purchase and not a software licence.
2.2 What your plan includes is stated in your Plan Schedule: the number of pages, the number of revision rounds, hosting, SSL, and any add-ons you purchased.
2.3 The build. After you complete intake and provide the content and materials we ask for, we build your site and show it to you for review. The build is the most substantial part of our work and it happens at the start of your term — this matters to Section 8.
2.4 Revisions. Your Plan Schedule states how many revision rounds are included. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes you request and we deliver. If we offer additional rounds for sale, your Plan Schedule or our offer states the price before you buy one. We may also grant an additional round at no charge at our discretion.
2.5 Ongoing service. For as long as your plan is active we host your site, keep it secure, keep it online, and make the maintenance updates described in your plan.
2.6 How the work is produced. We use artificial intelligence tools as part of producing designs, copy, and images, alongside human review and direction. We tell you this plainly because you should know how your site is made. We do not represent that any particular element was produced solely by a human.
2.7 What we do not do. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Any policy pages, terms, or notices published on your site are your responsibility as the site's owner and publisher — see Section 6.
2.8 Add-ons. Any add-on you buy is listed in your Plan Schedule with its price and whether it is monthly or one-time. You may stop a monthly add-on at any time; it ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and it is never part of an Early Exit Amount. A one-time add-on is not refundable once we have started the work.
3. What You Do
3.1 Content and materials. You provide the text, images, logos, and information we need. You must have the right to use everything you give us.
3.2 You warrant that the materials you supply do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights, are not unlawful, and do not violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
3.3 Timeliness. We cannot build without your input. If you do not respond to a request for materials or an approval for 30 consecutive days, we may stop work on your project until you respond. Stopping work for this reason does not change your billing — your plan continues, because hosting and availability continue. (This is different from pausing your plan at your request under Section 4.7.)
3.4 Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 Price. You pay the amount stated in your Plan Schedule, monthly, in advance, on the same day each month. If your Plan Schedule says you pay your first 12 months up front, you instead pay the amount it states for those 12 months once, in advance; after that you pay monthly, at the monthly amount in your Plan Schedule. Nothing renews for another year. If a discount applies, your Plan Schedule states the discounted amount you actually pay, what the discount is, and how long it lasts.
4.2 Payment method. You pay on MiniMorph's own pages, in a secure card form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe and are held by Stripe, not by us; we never see or store your full card number. Your card is saved with Stripe, and you authorise us to charge it for each monthly amount, for any up-front amount your Plan Schedule states, and, if you buy a domain through us, for its renewals under Section 14, when each falls due. You can change your saved card in your customer portal at any time.
4.3 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may retry. If payment remains unmade 14 days after the due date, we may suspend your site. If it remains unmade 30 days after the due date, we may terminate under Section 9.3. A suspended site is restored when payment is made.
4.4 Price changes. We will not change your monthly price during your Initial Term. After that, we may change it with at least 45 days' written notice. If you do not want the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect, at no charge.
4.5 Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable sales or use tax, which we will add where required.
4.6 [Reserved.]
4.7 Pausing. After your Initial Term has ended, you may pause your plan from your customer portal. Pausing is not available during your Initial Term. A pause starts at the end of the month you have already paid for, and there is no limit on how long it lasts. While paused you pay $19 a month instead of your plan amount. Your site stays online, hosted and secure the whole time, but we make no new changes and send no monthly reports or tips emails until you resume. Billing and contract notices still come. You may resume at any time from your portal, and your plan amount applies again from your next payment. Pausing is not available on a plan with a discount.
5. Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
5.1 Initial Term. Your Initial Term is 12 months, beginning on the start date stated in your Plan Schedule.
5.2 After the Initial Term — month-to-month, not another year. When your Initial Term ends, this Agreement continues month to month. It does not automatically renew for another fixed term.
5.3 Cancelling after the Initial Term. Once you are month-to-month, you may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. We do not pro-rate partial months.
5.4 How to cancel. Either of these is sufficient and both are equally effective: in your customer portal, using the cancellation control; or by email to hello@minimorphstudios.net saying you wish to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within two business days. We will not require you to call, to speak to anyone, or to complete any additional step.
5.5 Renewal reminder. We will email you at least 30 days before your Initial Term ends, telling you the date it ends, what your price will be month-to-month, and how to cancel.
5.6 Cancelling during the Initial Term. You may also cancel during your Initial Term. Section 8 explains what that costs and why.
6. Ownership and What You Keep
6.1 Your content is yours. Everything you gave us — your text, images, logo, brand materials — remains yours.
6.2 Your site is yours. Everything we make for your site — the files, the design, the layout, the words and the pictures — is yours outright, from the moment it is made. It is not licensed to you, and it is not yours only while you are paying us. If you leave, you take all of it.
6.3 Our platform is ours. The MiniMorph platform — our software, our tooling, our infrastructure, and the systems we use to build, host and support sites — remains ours. You are not buying the platform; you are buying a website built and served on it. This holds nothing back from the site itself: everything delivered as part of your website is yours under 6.2, including any of our building blocks that ended up in it.
6.4 Third-party pieces. A few items on a site — a font, a stock photograph, a plugin — are licensed from the people who made them. Those licences were never ours to give away, and they govern that one piece for you exactly as they do for us. This is not a limit on what you own under 6.2: everything that is ours to give is yours. We will tell you which pieces these are whenever you ask, and if you would rather have none of them on your site, tell us before we build and we will work without them.
6.5 Your domain is yours. A domain you buy through us is registered in your name; Section 14 explains how. Any other domain we registered for you is registered in your name or transferable to you on request. See Section 10.
6.6 What we may show. We keep one use of your finished work, and this is the whole of it: we may show your site in our portfolio and marketing as an example of what we do. It never includes anything your visitors sent you — not their messages, their details, or any data your site collected. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not, and if it is already up we will take it down.
6.7 Your site is published under your name. You are the publisher of your site. Any policy page, terms page, cookie notice, or legal text appearing on your site is your responsibility, whether you wrote it, we drafted it at your request, or a tool generated a starting point for you. We do not provide legal advice and any such text is a starting point only, which you should have reviewed for your business and your jurisdiction.
7. What We Promise, and What We Don't
7.1 We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care.
7.2 Hosting. We host your site on commercial cloud infrastructure and take reasonable steps to keep it available. We do not offer an uptime guarantee or a service credit. Outages of the underlying infrastructure are outside our control.
7.3 Support. You can reach us by email at hello@minimorphstudios.net. We aim to acknowledge within one business day. This is a target, not a guarantee.
7.4 No results guarantee. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, search ranking, leads, sales, or business outcome.
7.5 Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, the service is provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in this Agreement limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Leaving During Your Initial Term
8.1 You may leave early. You are not trapped. You may end this Agreement during your Initial Term at any time, by giving notice under Section 5.4.
8.2 Why there is a fee, stated plainly. Our pricing spreads the cost of building your site across the twelve months of the Initial Term. The design and build work is delivered at the start, but paid for gradually. If you leave early, the unrecovered part of that build work has not been paid for. The Early Exit Amount is our recovery of that unpaid build value. It is the price of the option to leave early — it is not a penalty, and it is not damages for any wrongdoing by you.
8.3 How the Early Exit Amount is calculated. It is: (A) the Build Value stated in your Plan Schedule, reduced by one-twelfth for each full month of your Initial Term you have completed; plus (B) one month of your regular monthly amount, covering the notice period and the work of closing out your account.
8.4 It is calculated on what you actually pay. Every figure in Section 8.3 uses the amounts you were actually charged, after any discount. We never calculate this on an undiscounted or list price. If your monthly amount is $0 because of a discount, component (B) is $0.
8.5 It never exceeds what remains. The Early Exit Amount will never be more than the total of the monthly amounts you would have paid for the rest of your Initial Term.
8.6 How it is charged — and your separate authorisation. We will tell you the exact amount in writing before charging anything. You then have 10 days to pay by any method we offer. If you have not paid by then, we will charge your payment method on file for that amount.
SEPARATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REQUIRED AT SIGNING: "I understand that if I end my plan before my 12-month Initial Term is over, an Early Exit Amount calculated as described in Section 8 will be due, and that if I do not pay it within 10 days of being told the amount, MiniMorph may charge my payment method on file for it."
8.7 You still get everything in Section 10. Leaving early does not cost you your site copy or your domain.
8.8 No fee if we are at fault. If you end this Agreement because we materially breached it and did not fix it after notice (Section 9.2), no Early Exit Amount is due.
8.9 Paying your first 12 months up front. If you paid your first 12 months up front and end this Agreement early, nothing more is due: no Early Exit Amount applies at any time during your Initial Term. That payment is not refunded, and your plan and your site continue until the paid period ends.
9. Ending This Agreement
9.1 By you, without cause. Under Section 5.3 (after the Initial Term, free) or Section 8 (during the Initial Term, with the Early Exit Amount).
9.2 By either of us, for cause. If one of us materially breaches this Agreement, the other may give written notice describing the breach. If it is not fixed within 30 days, the notifying party may end this Agreement immediately, in writing.
9.3 By us, for non-payment. As described in Section 4.3.
9.4 By us, for prohibited content. If your site or your materials breach the Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend or terminate. Where the law and the circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix it first.
10. What Happens When You Leave
However this Agreement ends, and whoever ended it:
10.1 A copy of your site. On your request, we will provide you with an export of your website — its pages, content, and images — within 14 days. The export is provided in a standard web format. It is not the MiniMorph platform itself, and it may need a developer to host elsewhere.
10.2 Your domain. Your domain is yours. If we are holding it, we release or transfer it to any registrar you name, within 14 days of you asking, whether or not anything is outstanding on your account. If a domain rule stops it moving for a while (Section 14.8), we do it within 14 days of the date it can move. We will never hold your domain against money you owe. You are responsible for registration fees after transfer. If you bought the domain through us, Section 14 also applies.
10.3 Hosting stops. We stop hosting your site at the end of your final paid period. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before your site goes offline.
10.4 Your data. We will delete your personal data on request, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. We keep your executed agreement and its acceptance record for 7 years.
10.5 What survives. Sections 6 (ownership), 7.5 (disclaimer), 8 (if an amount is outstanding), 11, 12, 13, this Section 10, and Section 14 (for as long as we hold a domain you bought through us) survive termination.
11. Liability
11.1 Cap. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11.2 No indirect losses. Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses.
11.3 What is never limited. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in this Agreement takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
11.4 You indemnify us for your content. You will cover us for claims arising from materials you supplied, from content published on your site, or from your breach of Section 3.2 or the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Privacy and Data
12.1 Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, who we share it with, and your rights. It is part of how we operate and is available at https://www.minimorphstudios.net/privacy.
12.2 We use third-party service providers to deliver this service, including cloud hosting, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, domain registration, and artificial intelligence providers. Our Privacy Policy lists them.
12.3 Materials you provide, and information you give us during intake, may be processed by artificial intelligence tools in order to produce your site.
12.4 You control your own site's data practices once it is live.
13. General
13.1 Governing law. Michigan law governs this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13.2 Where disputes are heard. Courts located in Muskegon County, Michigan. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the state where you live, or of the right to bring a claim in your local small-claims court.
13.3 Talk to us first. Before starting formal proceedings, please email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Most things can be fixed with a conversation.
13.4 Changes to this Agreement. We may update this Agreement for future customers at any time. For you, the version you accepted continues to apply during your Initial Term. If we want to change your terms after that, we will give you at least 45 days' written notice, and you may cancel at no charge before the change takes effect.
13.5 Notices. To you: the email address on your account. To us: legal@minimorphstudios.net. Notices are effective when sent, unless the sender is told delivery failed.
13.6 Assignment. You may not transfer this Agreement without our written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold. We may transfer it as part of a sale of our business, on notice to you.
13.7 If part of this is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
13.8 No waiver. If we do not enforce something once, we can still enforce it later.
13.9 Force majeure. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. Domains You Buy Through Us
14.1 What this covers. You may buy one domain name through us, when you sign up or later in your customer portal. This Section covers that domain. It is not an add-on under Section 2.8, and domain fees are never part of an Early Exit Amount. We can offer only names our registrar lets us register through its system. We never offer premium names (names the registry prices above its normal price) or endings our registrar cannot register for us. We show you whether a name is available before you buy.
14.2 Price. The price of a domain is what our registrar charges us for it, plus 30%, rounded up to the next whole dollar, plus any tax under Section 4.5. Before you buy, we show you the price of the first year and today's estimate of the yearly renewal price. If you choose a domain when you sign up, the first year is charged together with your first plan payment. If you buy it later, the first year is charged when you buy it. We register the domain as soon as that payment succeeds, never before, and we connect it to your site when your site goes live.
14.3 It renews automatically every year. Unless you stop it, your domain renews every year, and we renew it only after you have paid for that year. Our registrar's own automatic renewal is kept off. We charge the renewal automatically to your saved card 45 days before the domain expires, priced the same way as in 14.2 from what our registrar charges for the renewal at that time. At least 7 days, and no more than 45 days, before that charge we email you the date, the estimated price, and a link to stop renewal. If the price is different from what you last paid, that email says so. If our registrar's price goes up after that email, so that the amount in it no longer covers the renewal, we ask you to approve the new price and do not charge you until you do. When the payment succeeds, we renew the domain for another year automatically.
14.4 Stopping renewal. You can stop automatic renewal at any time, in your customer portal or by email to hello@minimorphstudios.net. Either is enough, and we confirm in writing within two business days. Your domain keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for. Then it expires, and anything that uses it, such as your site's address or your email, stops working. Stopping renewal does not change your plan.
14.5 The domain is in your name. The domain is registered in your name: you are its registrant, which means you are its owner. We register it through Cloudflare Registrar and manage it in our Cloudflare account, so we can connect it to your site.
14.6 Your part. You must give us accurate contact details for the registration and tell us when they change; the rules for every domain require this. Those details are passed to the registrar and to the registry that runs the domain ending, and are hidden from public lookup records where the rules allow. The registrar may email you to confirm your details; if you do not confirm in time, the domain can be suspended until you do. You must have the right to use the name you choose. Every domain is also subject to the registrar's registration terms and to the rules that apply to all domain names, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy, under which someone who claims rights in a name can challenge its registration. By buying a domain through us you agree to those terms and rules.
14.7 When a domain is not renewed. If a renewal charge fails, we tell you and try once more about 3 days later. If that also fails, we do not renew the domain. We also do not renew it if your plan has ended, if you stopped renewal, or if you have not approved a new price under 14.3. The domain stays yours until it expires. Until then, and where our registrar allows it, during the grace period after it expires, you can still pay for the renewal from your customer portal, even after your plan has ended, at the price under 14.3. Before it expires you can also move it (14.8). If you do neither, it lapses. After that, getting it back may cost more, or may not be possible.
14.8 Moving your domain. You can move your domain to another registrar at any time. Ask in your customer portal or by email, and within 14 days we unlock it and give you its transfer code, whether or not anything is owed. Domain rules can stop a move for a while: for example, a domain usually cannot move to another registrar for 60 days after it is registered or after its owner details change. If a rule like that applies, we tell you the date it can move, and give you the code within 14 days of that date. The new registrar usually charges you for a year when you move; that is between you and them. Once the move is done, renewal through us ends and we charge you nothing more for the domain.
14.9 Refunds. Registrars do not refund a registration or a renewal once it is made. So once your domain is registered or renewed, that year's fee is not refundable, including if you stop renewal, move the domain, or your plan ends. If we take your payment and then cannot register the domain, for example because someone else registered the name first, we refund the domain charge in full, automatically, and tell you. Only the domain charge is refunded; any plan payment taken at the same time is not affected. You can then choose another name. If you have paid for a renewal and we have not been able to complete it 32 days before the domain expires, we refund that renewal payment in full, automatically, and tell you how to renew the domain or move it yourself before it expires.
14.10 Price changes. Because the price follows what our registrar charges, a renewal can cost more or less than today's estimate. The reminder in 14.3 states the price, and a rise after the reminder needs your approval before we charge. We may also change the 30% for future renewal years only, never for a year you have already paid for. If the 30% changes, we tell you in writing at least 45 days before the renewal charge it first applies to. Whatever the reason for a new price, you may stop renewal or move your domain before the renewal at no charge.
15. Monthly Add-Ons: Phone, Text, Search and Reputation
15.1 What this covers. This Section covers our phone, text and search add-ons: the AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, call tracking, review requests by text, appointment reminders and the Phone Pack; Reputation Watch, the AI search tracker, the map rank grid and the link builder list; and the free extras in 15.12. You buy them in your customer portal, after agreeing to that add-on's short terms, and each one you buy is shown there and on your receipt with its price. Each paid one is a monthly add-on under Section 2.8. Instant lead alerts are free.
15.2 Prices. AI receptionist: $129 a month, including 200 minutes of calls it answers in each monthly billing period; each further minute, or part of a minute, is $0.25, charged on your next monthly invoice; unused minutes do not carry over. Missed-call text-back: $39 a month plus a one-time setup fee of $49; it is included in the Growth and Signature plans at no extra charge. Call tracking: included in the Growth and Signature plans at no extra charge, and $19 a month on the Launch plan. Review requests by text: $29 a month. Appointment reminders: $19 a month. Phone Pack, on the Launch plan: $179 a month for the AI receptionist (with the same minutes and per-minute price), missed-call text-back (with no setup fee), call tracking and review requests by text. Reputation Watch: $29 a month; included in the Signature plan. AI search tracker: $19 a month on the Launch plan; included in the Growth and Signature plans. Map rank grid: $29 a month; included in the Signature plan. Link builder list: $49 a month. Instant lead alerts: free on every plan. Texting carrier fees: US phone carriers charge fees to register your business for texting, $4.50 and $15 once, then $1.50 to $2 a month. If you buy an add-on that sends texts, you pay these, on top of the add-on price. Tax may apply under Section 4.5.
15.3 Stopping. You can stop any of these at any time in your customer portal or by email to hello@minimorphstudios.net. It ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged for it after that, except per-minute charges for calls in that month. We do not refund part of a month, or the setup fee once setup has started. These add-ons are never part of an Early Exit Amount. If your plan ends, they end with it.
15.4 Availability. We sell an add-on only when we can deliver it, and we tell you in your portal and on our website which ones are available now. Add-ons that send texts are sold only once US phone carriers have approved our business texting, and we charge nothing for them before then. If carriers stop texts from your number for a reason outside our control, we tell you, and you may stop that add-on at once and we refund that month's charge for it. An add-on your plan includes is delivered once it is available; until then nothing is charged for it.
15.5 The AI receptionist. The AI receptionist is software, not a person. At the start of every call it tells the caller that an automated assistant is answering and that the call may be recorded. It records and transcribes calls so it can send you each caller's details and so you can review them in your portal. Some states require everyone on a call to agree to it being recorded; the announcement is how callers are told, and a caller who does not want to be recorded can hang up and reach you another way. It answers from the information you give us, can make mistakes, and makes no promises, quotes or bookings for you unless you tell us in writing that it may. Check what it sends you before you act on it. We delete the recordings, transcripts and summaries of its calls 90 days after the call, or sooner if you ask.
15.6 Texts and consent. Texts we send for you name your business and say how to stop them. Missed-call text-back sends one text only to someone who has just called your text-back number. Review requests by text and appointment reminders go only to your customers who have agreed to get texts from you: each time you give us a number, you confirm that its owner has agreed, and you must not give us the number of anyone who has not. Anyone can reply STOP to stop all texts from that number, or HELP for help; we stop at once and do not text them again from that number. Message and data rates may apply to the people who receive the texts. Carriers can delay or filter messages, so we cannot promise that every text is delivered.
15.7 Phone numbers. Your own business phone number stays yours: we never take it, move it or change it. For call tracking we provide a tracking number that forwards calls to your number. The tracking number belongs to MiniMorph and is not transferred to you. Your website shows it in place of your number in visible text and tap-to-call links only; the business information we publish for search engines keeps your own number. When call tracking ends, we put your own number back on your website and may release the tracking number. A number we set up for missed-call text-back is your business's number: if you leave, we give your new phone company what it needs to move it to you, at no charge, if you ask within 30 days after that add-on ends. After that we may release it.
15.8 Instant lead alerts. When someone fills in your website's contact form, we email you their details straight away, on every plan, at no charge. Once carriers approve our business texting, you can also choose to get these alerts by text at the mobile number you give us; reply STOP to stop them.
15.9 No promised results. These add-ons help you answer, follow up and see where you stand. We do not promise any number of calls, leads, bookings, reviews, star ratings, links, rankings or customers, or that AI answers will name you. Call tracking counts calls to the tracking number; it cannot tell you where every caller first found you.
15.10 Your part. You are responsible for how your business uses these features, including following the laws on calls, call recording and texting that apply to your business, and for the information you ask us to give callers. Section 11.4 applies to anything you ask us to say or send for you.
15.11 Search and reputation add-ons. Reputation Watch alerts you to each new Google review with a suggested reply, alerts you at once to a 1 or 2 star review, shows your nearby competitors' review counts, and alerts you when your business is mentioned on the web. The AI search tracker checks each month whether AI answers name your business for your main searches, and who they name instead. The map rank grid shows each month where you rank on Google Maps from points across your service area. The link builder list gives you each month up to 10 local websites that link to your competitors but not to you. These use public information as we find it at each check: it changes, can be incomplete, and can differ by where and when someone searches. Suggested review replies are drafts; we never post a reply, a review or anything else for you. The link builder list is a list only; we do not contact the sites or buy links. The Listings Package (a one-time add-on) includes a monthly re-check of your listings while your plan is active.
15.12 Free extras. While your plan is active, and once each is available, we also give you at no charge: an ad value estimate (for each search you rank for, its monthly searches multiplied by the share of clicks your position usually gets and by that search's cost per click in Google Ads, added up; an estimate, not money you saved or earned), new page ideas from searches people in your area make that your site does not answer yet, and a calendar of your busy and slow months from how searches for your services rise and fall. They are worked out from your own search data and are estimates, not promises.
Acceptance
By clicking to accept, you confirm that: you have read this Agreement and your Plan Schedule; you are authorised to enter into it; you separately acknowledge the Early Exit Amount and payment authority in Section 8.6; if you buy a domain through us, you separately acknowledge its automatic yearly renewal under Section 14; and, if you buy a monthly add-on, you separately agree to its short terms when you buy it, under Section 15.
We retain a copy of this exact version, the date and time you accepted it, and your Plan Schedule as accepted. You may view or download it at any time from your customer portal.
Your Plan Schedule — your price, your term dates, your pages and rounds — is part of this agreement and is generated for you when you sign. You can view or download both from your customer portal at any time. Questions before you start? hello@minimorphstudios.net.
