Process

Our website design process

Our website design process is the same for every small business: six steps, each one in writing in your portal, with Elena, our AI assistant, there the whole way. Here is what we do before you see your site, how we get you found, and what keeps running after launch.

The six steps of our website design process

Step 1 · ~30 seconds

Free audit

Enter your website and email. Your results show on screen and we email you the full report. No obligation.

Step 2 · 15–20 minutes

Guided onboarding with Elena

A short, structured conversation captures your services, customers, brand and goals, inside the portal.

Step 3 · 1–2 weeks

We design & build

Built on a proven framework, then designed from your answers, your own photos and the area you serve. We also check its colors, fonts and layout against our other designs, so yours stays your own. You can follow progress in your portal.

Step 4 · 14 days to review

You review

Walk the first draft in your portal and send us one list with every change you want, as specific as you like. We revise the draft from it, and nothing goes live until you approve.

Step 5 · guided in portal

Launch day

SSL and analytics are set up for you. If your domain needs a change on your side, we walk you through it.

Step 6 · ongoing

Monthly care

Content tweaks, maintenance and Elena, for as long as you're a client. Where most studios disappear, we don't.

Getting found

How we get you found.

A good-looking site nobody finds wins you nothing. This search work comes with every plan.

Before we build

We research what people search

We look up what people in your area actually type into Google for your services, then plan your pages around those searches.

At launch

Set up for Google

Your site goes live with a sitemap, your business details in the format Google reads, search descriptions, share previews and fast-loading images.

At launch

Open to AI search

Your site lets Google and AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity read it, so it can come up when people ask them who to hire.

Every month

We check where you rank

We check where you show on Google and Google Maps for your top 10 searches, searched from your town, and ask AI assistants who they would recommend for what you do. The results go in your Money Report.

Launch and every update

We tell the search engines

When your site is live on your own address, we send each new or changed page to Bing right away. If your domain's settings are with us, we also add your site to Google Search Console and send Google your sitemap.

Every month

A page for your next search

When people near you search for something your site doesn't answer yet, we draft a new page for it from your own photos and details, at most 1 a month. If we need a photo for it, we ask you. It goes live only when you approve it.

No one can honestly promise you the top spot on Google, and we won't. We do the work and show you the numbers every month.

Quality checks

Checked before you see it.

Every new site and every change is checked before you see it. A site that doesn't pass goes back to be fixed, not to you.

Every screen size

Each page is opened in a real browser at every width from a small phone to a wide monitor. A page that scrolls sideways, a button hidden under something else or a link too small to tap has to be fixed.

Speed

A phone speed test on your home page, run on the site the way it will go live.

Links and errors

Every link and image is checked, and so are page errors.

Easy for everyone to use

Accessibility checks, including text contrast, image descriptions and form labels.

Search basics

Page titles, search descriptions, headings, and your business details in the format Google reads. A missing description or business detail is added when your site goes live.

Only true claims

No spelling mistakes or leftover filler text, and no review, number or promise that isn't in what you told us.

Checked again after every change

Every change you ask for is checked again on phone, tablet and desktop screens. Your first site goes live only when you approve it. After that, a small change (new wording, a photo, opening hours or a price) that passes the check may go live on its own, and we tell you; you can ask us to undo it. Bigger changes, and anything that fails the check, are reviewed before they go live.

After launch

We don't disappear after launch.

Launch day is the starting line. Here is what keeps running after it, for as long as you're a client.

First 30 days

Five check-ins

On days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 after launch you get a short email with your real numbers and one next step, like getting listed on Google or asking for reviews.

Every day

Site health checks

We check your site daily for downtime, slow pages, security certificate problems and broken links. If we find something, you hear from us and the team takes a look.

Every lead

You'll know right away

Each new lead lands in your inbox and your portal. If one is still waiting 2 hours later, we remind you, so it doesn't go cold.

Every month

Your Money Report

On your launch anniversary each month: your real visitors and leads in plain English, and one thing worth doing next. It also shows where you rank on Google.

Every month

A full check-up

Once a month we run our full audit on your live site again: every screen size, speed, links, accessibility and search basics. Search basics that have gone missing are put back, and anything serious, like the site going down, reaches our team the same day. Every 3 months we also look again at what people near you search for.

Month 3

Your growth review

A written look at your first three months: your numbers and our one recommendation. Want more? One click asks the team for a closer look.

Anytime

Updates by reply

New hours, a staff bio, a seasonal promo. Ask Elena in your customer portal, where every request is tracked, or reply to one of our emails: it reaches the same thread, and we make the change.

Month 12

Your year, in numbers

A scoreboard of what your site delivered, like leads captured and updates shipped, sent before your first 12 months end.

One inquiry, start to finish

An example inquiry, from search to the next improvement

  1. Found. A homeowner searches for a plumber near her and finds the site. You: You gave us your services, your area and your photos. We: We researched what people near you search and built the pages around it.
  2. Trust. She reads your services, sees your photos and the reviews you shared. You: You approved the draft before anything went live. We: We set the site up, connected it and checked it before launch.
  3. Inquiry. Evening: she sends the form about a leak. You: The inquiry lands in your inbox and your portal. We: We email you an alert, then a reminder after 2 hours if no one has replied.
  4. Next step. Next morning, the plumber calls her and books a visit. You: You answer your inquiries and look after the customer. We: We keep the site up, fast and checked every day.
  5. Improvement. Your monthly Money Report shows your visitors and leads, with one thing worth doing next; in month 3 a written growth review brings one recommendation. You: You ask for the change in your portal, or by replying to our email. We: We make the update and keep maintaining the site.

Your part: the facts and photos at the start, approving the draft, answering your inquiries and asking for updates. We do the setup, the connections, the checks and the upkeep.

Illustrative, not a real customer. We can't promise results: no rankings, calls or customers are guaranteed.
