About MiniMorph Studios

Everything about MiniMorph Studios in one place. We are a small studio that designs, writes, hosts and looks after websites for small businesses, for one monthly price. We work with owners in every state, by email and through a customer portal, and we stay on the job every month after launch.

About MiniMorph Studios: who is behind it

MiniMorph Studios LLC is a small website studio. The studio designs, writes, builds and hosts your site, and looks after it every month after launch, so you deal with one business from the first question to the monthly care.

We also write guides for owners, which answer the questions people ask us most, in plain English.

How MiniMorph Studios works

Every site follows the same steps, and you can see each one in your portal:

  • A guided onboarding with Elena, our AI assistant, that takes about fifteen to twenty minutes and captures your services, your customers, your brand and your goals
  • A first draft, usually 1 to 2 weeks after onboarding wraps, written from your answers and built around your own photos
  • Your review: you have 14 days to walk through the first draft in your portal and send us one list with every change you want. We revise the draft from it
  • Every site passes our quality checks before it goes live, and nothing goes live until you approve it
  • Monthly care after launch: hosting with SSL, maintenance and unlimited updates, asked for in your portal

What Elena is

Elena is software, not a person and not a member of our staff. She is the AI assistant in your portal: she guides your onboarding, takes your update requests and flags anything that needs a person to look at it. Software can help organize information and handle supported tasks, but it should never be presented as a human employee.

AI tools also help us write copy and make some images. Every site passes our quality checks before it goes live, and you approve it first.

What we take responsibility for

The plan you choose makes clear what MiniMorph builds, connects and looks after, what you provide, and what stays with another company, such as Google for ad spend or your domain registrar. That split should be clear before any work starts: it is on the pricing page and in the Website Service Agreement.

What you will not find here

We do not present fictional sample businesses as clients. We do not promise a top search position or a guaranteed number of customers. We would rather show you the work, explain the scope and let you decide whether it fits.

What we promise

These are the promises we keep on every plan. The ones about ownership and cancelling are also in the Website Service Agreement you sign:

  • Your website, your content and your domain are yours outright. Once you approve a draft, or the first-draft guarantee ends, you can download a full copy of your site from your portal at any time. One exception: if a plan payment is refunded under the first-draft guarantee (Agreement 2.15), that design is not handed over, downloaded or exported. Your own content (your text, photos and logos) and your domain stay yours in every case.
  • If we hold your domain, we release it to any registrar you choose within 14 days of you asking.
  • The price is on the page: from $195 a month on the Launch plan, on a 12-month agreement with no setup fee. The price you see is the price you pay, plus sales tax where it applies.
  • 12-month agreement: After 12 months it goes month to month and you can cancel any time with no fee. Leaving in the first 12 months has an Early Exit Amount, never more than the payments you have left.
  • Yearly, paid up front: No Early Exit Amount at any time. If you leave during the paid year, nothing more is due and the payment is not refunded, except under the first-draft guarantee: if you reject your revised draft, the whole up-front plan payment is refunded. Otherwise your plan runs to the end of the paid year.
  • Month to month: Cancel any time with no fee; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
  • We never promise a ranking, a number of calls or a number of customers.
  • We only use your own photos for your work, quote only real reviews you give us, and never invent a rating.
  • Our showroom sites are fictional samples, and they are labeled that way.

How to reach us

Email us at hello@minimorphstudios.net, or send a message from the contact page. You can also call (844) 571-7187: Elena, our AI assistant, answers, takes a message for the team and can add you to the opening list; she does not put calls through to a person. Customers ask for help through their portal, so every request is tracked.

Questions people ask

Is Elena a real person?

No. Elena is our AI assistant, software and not a person. Every site passes our quality checks before it goes live, and you approve it first.

Who owns the website you build for me?

You do. Your website, your content and your domain are yours outright.

Do you work with businesses anywhere in the US?

Yes. We work with small businesses in every state, by email and through your customer portal.

Are the sample sites real businesses?

No. Every sample site is a fictional business we designed to show what each plan produces, and each one is labelled that way. Your site gets the same treatment, built around your real business.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

Those give you a tool and leave you to figure it out. We do the work for you: we design, build, host, look after and improve the site, and every site passes our quality checks before it goes live.

Can I cancel?

On the 12-month agreement you can leave during your first 12 months, but an Early Exit Amount applies: the part of your build not yet paid off, plus one month of your regular monthly payment to cover the notice period and closing out your account. It is never more than what's left of your first 12 months. After your first 12 months your plan is month to month, never another fixed year, and you can cancel any time, for any reason, with no fee: it takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. If you paid the year up front, no Early Exit Amount applies and the payment is not refunded, except under the first-draft guarantee, which refunds the whole up-front plan payment; otherwise your plan runs to the end of the paid year. On month to month you can cancel any time with no fee. You cancel in your portal or by email; you never have to call. Your site and domain stay yours either way. The one exception: if a plan payment is refunded under the first-draft guarantee, that design is not handed over; your own content and your domain stay yours in every case.
