The House

A room built for
the late hour

The Gilded Hour occupies a former banking hall on Vesper Lane — twenty-foot ceilings, a vault door we never removed, and a bar cast from the building's original brass fittings.

We serve a supper menu that takes its time and a cocktail list that takes liberties. The lights come down at seven. On Thursdays the stage warms up, the coupes come out, and the room does what it was built to do.

No televisions. No rush on the table. The last pour is called when the bandleader says so.
